Haltech Sale!
Haltech passed on a price increase on the first of November that amounts to around 10%. The exchange rate with Australia, where the ECUs are manufactured, has been working against us for quite some time, and that leads to the price fluctuation. We have held the previous pricing and will do so through the end of this month. Holding that price level, along with the 10% discount we offer to all forum members, means unbeatable prices until the end of November.
As an example, right now, we are offering the Sport 1000 long flying lead kit at $1349.49. After December 1, the advertised price will be $1637.00, with the forum member discounted price being $1473.30. Savings of over $120. Keep in mind that, as a forum member, you receive 10% off our advertised prices on any order over $500. Some items are excluded, but all of our ECU kits, sensors, and accessories do apply. Also, a note on the Haltech lineup; the E6X has been discontinued. The entry level spot in the lineup is being filled by the Sprint 500 and RE. The Sprint ECUs are much better ECUs in our experience than the out going E6X. The Sprint also comes in at a lower price. Also, for those looking for a more feature packed ECU than what is currently offered in the Sport 1000/2000, keep an eye out for a new addition, the Platinum Pro standalone. While a release date has not been confirmed, it is well along in the development stages. The Pro standalone will offer many of the features seen in the Pro plug-in ECUs currently offered; things like closed loop knock control, fly-by-wire throttle control, and more. As always, if you need support, on any system, even if you purchased it from someone else, we're hear to help. Feel free to email or call. We'll do what we can to get you going in the right direction.

Yes. The Sprint 500 and RE are only available with a long flying lead harness. The Sprint harnesses do not include the fuse block and relays that are built-in to the Sport harnesses though. You will need to supply fused, switched power for injection, ignition, and fuel pump when using a Sprint harness. When we build the harnesses for plug-in installation, we incorporate a fuse block and a single relay. That relay supplies power for injection and ignition. The end user needs to supply their own relay for the fuel pump.
