Official NHL motor mounts
They work remarkably well. I was sort of expecting them to be horrible, but they just aren't. Similar to Racing Beat's competition mounts, actually, but for a fraction of the cost. We'll see how long they hold up, but I can replace the pucks twenty times and still be under Racing Beat's price.

looks like all you need to do is sandwich it between some metal and drill accordingly?

Yep, pretty much. I used two 1/8" plates, but it needed a couple washers to get the height of the engine perfect.

Might be a good way for me to go, if you check out my first start video, you can see my engine rocking pretty good.

They're blanks. Cheapest ones I could find.

There's a bit of vibration just off idle, but it's well within my acceptable range, and no worse than how it was when it had RB mounts briefly.
