Changing twins and.......?
I am changing my twins to a good set, and one of the bolts holes isn't lining up. The gaskets are centered, and all of the bolt holes are centered except for one. It's the lower of the 2 longer bolts. It's off by a good 2mm and I don't see how it could line up. The seller of these told me they came off of his car so they can't be cosmo turbos. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? Is there going to be an exhaust leak if I leave this bolt out?

yes it will leak eventually missing the bolt. why not just mod the gasket hole to fit? as long as it dosent go into the sealing area no problem.

Bolt the rest together then drill through both with a bigger drill that is a correct size for a bigger size tap and then tap the manifold for the new size stud .Then drill the turbo with the correct clearence drill .I will not say what sizes unless I have the parts in my shop . Easy as that, life is good .
