Engine Light

I have a stock '91 N/A. It has around 5k on Kevin's rebuild. It runs great except the the engine light coming on at somewhat random times. The engine is always at running temp (middle of gauge) and usually it comes on between 60 - 70 mph. Sometimes it comes on in 5 miles sometimes it takes 40 or 50. The light is never on when I first start the car. There is also a little shake when rolling down hills on the highway. Any ideas?
