Anyone wants to Volunteer for DGRR 09??

I need few good rotorheads who's willing to help me out with this years DGRR.

Here are the requirements to be a volunteer:

1. Must arrive no later than Friday around 11AM but prefer those who arrive on thursday night.
2. Must have a 2 way radio
3. Willingness to wear designated event Tshirt (I'll provide with a special colored event shirt or a name tag)
4. No Slackers please

Some of the duties include:

1. Preparing the area (cleaning and moving things)
2. Directing traffic
3. answering questions and helping out with new DGRR attendees

Since I'll be seeing you end of this month, we could talk about it.. I mainly wanted all the volunteers to get together and go over things on friday afternoon.

Yeah, we can. Wife and kids going too? Where are you staying? Who's going from H'ville? I wanted to get there no later than 2 or 3PM.
