Default got my front clip today

i got my front clip today. pretty sick opening a box and theres half a car there...lol

but it cam with some goodies. the best thing by far is the one piece Cusco struts with camber plates. but i need the matching rears...where could i get just the rears? what about mixing a different brand for the rear???

it also came with this HKS thing. im thinking its a fuel cut defender...but im not really sure. anyone know for sure what this is???

anyone heard of this company IMOLA? looks like a cool wheel, i'll use it. i might get it re-wrapped though.

then some strut bars and some other things...front clips are the shit. you always get suprises. but it sucks when you only get half a suspension. how the hell would i find the matching rear?

Whats the clip for? RHD conversion?

Check the backside of the steering wheel, you might find its made by sparco, etc as a lot of JDM companies buy italian steering wheels and rebrand them...

The HKS thing looks like a boost pressure sender for an electronic HKS boost gauge.

i checked the wheel, no other markings anywhere. i also found that the stock ECU isnt so stock. its re-tuned by pan-speed. i know i've seen these things on ebay, but this is actually tuned for this specific motor and set-up. pretty cool...

you might be right there staticpat, cause thats where the stock pressure sensor would sit.

Lol ^ I'm still curious what the clip was for? Did you need a used engine, RHD conversion, etc?

Why not have half a RHD TII sitting around?

You can get in it and pretend you are in Initial D and in a mad tight JDM car!

Just messing around. Lots of people seem to get goodies along with front clips

Why dont you try to contact cusco's U.S. distributors about the suspension? This might also be a good chance to get the ones you have reconditioned.

However, if doing that costs more than $1500, dont bother and just get Stance GR+ coilovers.

anyway, congrads on the clip! I might have to do this myself because a complete used T2 engine can cost around that much easy!

I can get stances for a decent price. Well under $1500. I just sold a set for an S13 for like $1200 shipped. I can get an even better price on ksport or D2.
