My buddies car is acting strange. You can crank it up and it runs fine and revs happily. Then when you go to drive it it will not turn over 3k w/o dying. Its an 89 GXL wit 196,000 miles. We have checked the computer, the ground off the battery, and the one under the dash. Any help would be great!

Catalytic converter clogged?

Also, that is about the time the secondary injectors start to come in. Check to see if they are still functioning properly.

Does the car just buck really bad and then cut off? Its an S5, so its probably the OMP...
