i was wondering if any one has had a turbo setup with this carb and intake combo.

Which intake setup are you referring to? They have several.

People have used Holleys in blow-through setups. In fact, here's a writeup detailing how to boost-prep one:

nope. you cant use any vacuem secondary holley and get it to work good as a blowthrough.
the holley carb has to be a double pumper

I purchased a carb hat that I used for a short period of time. If your thinkin of going w/ a turbo carb setup let me know, its for sale.
