I'm using marine 2-cycle TC-W3 outboard engine oil in my gas tank every Time I fill up a ounce a gallon. Now it's time for my first oil change what I found in the hatch is a Pennzoil Marine 2cycle synthetic blend engine oil tc-w3 Is it okay if I use that assuming that's what in the car already Also filter suggestion? there probably thread which I can not find for this but I want the correct answer told to me

Yes, the 2-stroke oil is for premixing with gasoline.

Use "regular" motor oil for the engine... I recommend 15W40 (usually labelled for "diesel engines," but it's good for your engine due to added detergents) or 20W50. The higher weight oils are good for your rotary since the thicker oil is better for protection. Most of us do not worry about gas mileage... ![]() -Ted |

Synthetic is always better. The weight depends on what your environment is and where you live.
