Hello!
Hello all, Just wanted to introduce myself and to say that rotary rocks!
I just bought my 3rd rx7 2 months ago. My first one was a 1981, the second an 85gs and now 20 some odd years later I became the owner of a mint 1979, and it's even my favorite color blue! It's like being a kid all over again. I am however finding myself in a jam as far as finding oil hose lines coming out of the oil pump and up to the carburator. I believe the lines are 5/32 or 4mm and yet I can't find any. Can any body help a newby get his car back out there to enjoy the summer roads??? peace to all, Spoon |

Hey Banzaitoyota, thanks for responding to my post. I just wanted to follow up and let anyone else know who might need the oil metering lines, as I did, that Mazdatrix no longer carries them. They suggested I use a vaccuum line and just replace it after a few years before it rots from the oil. I did however find the lines at Atkinsrotary.com. The price was not bad, but come on shipping .25 lbs for $17.00 was a bit much. Still, I should be back on the road soon!
Thanks again |
