This may sound dumb but it's just my 2 cents:
-Check to make sure that you have good connections at the bulb sockets (highly unlikely that all the said bulbs could have bad connections but nothing seems to surprise me anymore) It has happened to me. -Not only check the connections but make sure the correct bulbs are in each socket. Again, highly unlikely but it's something to check. For example, I've seen single filament bulbs in dual filament sockets on peoples cars in the past.

IIRC the wiring under the dash that connects to the switches can get burned out. Check to make sure the wiring is good (you should be able to see it kinda by the steering column) and not have to take the dash off.

Its also possible that the circuit for those items has burnt out on the circuit board of the CPU. But if you have no brake lights at all I would check the switch on the pedal first, check the bulbs and connections and then check the CPU.
