This is currently the vert I have up for sale but have not got alot of interest so I am just going to keep troubleshooting for now until it sells if at all. Decided to run codes on the car and came up with a Code 26 which from Reteds site (FC3SPro) that is the MOP (Step Motor). I assume this would mean that the MOP/OMP has gone bad? Also from what I have researched this could put the car into limp mode so I would not be getting any fuel either. Fuel is getting into the rails but just does not seem to be getting into the motor. So anybody ever have this code and if so I assume the OMP had to be replaced to fix it? If so any ideas on where to pick an OMP pump up from that would even be good? Thanks! |

put up a Wanting to Buy OMP on the For Sale Section..I'M not Versed in S5,so I can't tell you how to test the OMP,But I know that IF it is Disconnected,it will send the ECU into Limp Mode.

Look up Stepper motor or Stepping motor in the FSM. I've never tested it but I know the test procedure is there.
