Removing the oil filler neck?

I'm removing the rats nest to get to secondary fuel rail where there's a leak. I'd prefer to remove the rats nest as one unit, and there's a bolt that goes through the oil filler neck, through the vacuum chamber, and into the rats nest bracket. How do I get this bolt off? Seems impossible.

I can't get to the bolt from the Dr. side, and there's not enough room on the Alternator side. I was thinking I'd have to take the alternator off?

There is a second 10mm bolt in the filler neck just aft (firewall side) of the one your talking about. Loosen that one first until it's almost out. That should allow you to carefully flex the plastic filler neck up and away just enough to get a 1/4" drive shallow socket with an extension onto the 10mm bolt your talking about.
