Dude that is bad ass! Im a '85 13b guy but I have about 7-8 new gaskets that I could do this with too. Any tips on the copying to get the correct size?

I don't get the question either, FWIW. You're tracing and cutting out. simple procedure?

No not the tracing to gasket paper, the copying of the gaskets so they are 1:1 when you print them on a typical paper setting.

I guess with the scanner Im using things never come out 1:1 - its always a bit different. Maybe I'll try the color copier at work and email myself the image....

Now I get it. We used a scanner at the waterjet shop I used to work at to do this when we had a prototype piece and the cad file either didn't exist or was corrupted. I don't remember what settings the cad person used though.
