FS: Custom 1680cc based fuel system w FJO driver - $620 shipped (willing to part-out)
EDIT: EVERYTHING IS SOLD
I'm considering the idea of selling my whole fuel system (all the fuel system stuff in the engine bay). I need money for my rebuild next month so I figure if anyone wants to buy this fuel system then I can just piece together the same thing after I get my motor back. Total invested is over $950 for parts, materials, shipping, etc. This is the custom parallel setup that i put together last summer and only put about 1500 miles on it since then. Price is $620 shipped (lower-48) for everything listed below: - FJO Injector Driver unit (or $109 alone) - Aeromotive FPR and gauge (or $119 alone, without fittings) - (x2) Bosch 1680cc top-feed injectors (or $79 each) - KG Parts Secondary rail with heat shielding (or $109 alone, without fittings) - Stock primary rail tapped for use with AN fittings (or $69 alone, without fittings) - Custom push-on/high-pressure/rubber-wrapped lines with black and silver -6 AN fittings (or $99 for just lines & fittings) - NOT INCLUDED: stock 550cc side-feed injectors (use your existing ones), top-feed aluminum injector sleeves NOTE: Any parts purchased alone (rails or FPR) will not include AN fittings. This is almost the same price as the Rx7store "Extreme" kit which they say is "the same system we use on our 500HP cars." The difference between that and what I am selling is that you're getting nicer lines and fittings, the FJO unit which is the correct way to use these injectors (resistors suck!), and a modified primary rail so you don't have to use the prone-to-leaking banjo bolts connections. Yes, they are used parts, but low mileage and everything works perfect! I have been using this setup on my car which dynoed 380rwhp on the stock twins. There was still plenty of room to grow too, but the stock twins became the limiting factor. This setup is more than enough for any twin-turbo car, and is even plenty of fuel for most single-turbo setups.
