Gauging Interest in Part-Out

I was recently hit by a drunk driver and the insurance company is totaling my seven. They haven't told me yet how much they think it is worth (very low number im assuming) and how much they want for salvage value. So I'd like to get an idea on if it would be better to just part it out and scrap the rest or put in a "fake" motor and let them keep it. Its an 85GS so if you'd like something just post or pm what you'd be interested in (no prices yet) and if enough is wanted ill just salvage it and part it out.
Here is a list of what is new on the vehicle:
3k miles on a 12A with 3rd gen corner seals for better durability
Calipers (6k miles)
Tie rod ends (about 9k miles)
Brake master cylinder (about 6k miles on it)
left rear wheel cylinder (less than 100 miles on it)
Starter (3k miles)
Pitman Arm (0 miles as it hadn't been installed yet)

I'd also be interested in selling it "as is" as it does run fine just lots of damage to the rear and the exhaust broke in half somehow.
