Buying a car without seeing it 1st

Does anyone know of a pre-purchase inspection service?
I have an auto transport company United Routes that have used a number of times because of their competitive rates and great service.
But I wanted to get my potential new purchase inspected before I pay the seller and get United Routes to transport it to me.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Car currently located in Portland, OR
