Join Date: Jul 2009 Location: SE Wisconsin Posts: 178 Rep Power: 17	rebuilding without removing the front cover? is it do-able? bought a S4 turbo block off a friend of mine. popped a side seal with only minor damage to the rotor. since it was the rear rotor that went all he did was pull that side of the motor apart. any problems with not removing the front cover? i will, of course, replacing all the main seals (side, corner, apex are ok) and unusable rotor. __________________ 1986 Rx7 coupe - arctic silver - sold aka - 20bforme Last edited by Silver86; 02-29-2012 at 10:53 PM.
