Transmission
I am planning a part time drag car and am wondering how well the 3rd.gen 5 speed
trans holds up. The car should be the 1800 lb. range. |

How much power?
What kinda engine? Slicks? What size? If we're talking forced induction and hitting 10's or faster, you might want to look at a adapter plate and any of the T56 series of transmissions... This is purely just the sake of maintenance and parts availability and costs. -Ted |
