Oh! I didn't realize that you had the engines already.

I don't think that there is a pat formula for installing a newer fuel injected engine in an older car. You will most likely need to lengthen portions of the wiring harness and install resistors or dead modules in the harness in other places to trick the ECU. Traction Control and ABS may also be issues on the older car. I know that there are a certain amount of harness building requirements for the LS1 into FC swap.

I think your best bet is to tackle the project with a factory RX8 service manual or a good (Haynes, Cloyes, etc.) manual in hand. A manual for both cars would help you.

I don't know a lot about Renesis engines or Microtek ECUs, but my Haltech has RPM switch outputs that you could drive Relays with to open those ports you speak of.
