Rotary Car Club - View Single Post - Put new battery in after rebuild/nothing happens

I have removed emissions, de-powered steering rack, everything else is stock.Its a brand new rebuild. I installed new battery and the only thing the car does is when you twist the light nob it beeps. No lights no nothing. Can anyone make a suggestion? Anyone close by that can help? I'm in knoxville, tn
