Point taken Classic, I've had a similar experience once. Did they bench bleed the master? But if it is an air problem I don't think the pedal would hang up mid stroke. Just be mushy and not work the clutch at all. At least that is what it did to me.
Gee Thanks for reminding me of that one, bench bled all C masters and filled slaves after that pain, and of course the owner was waiting.
