Pan brace engineering

Ok well we have been using and developing Pan Braces for sometime now and it seems there are a bunch on the market, they work as a great defence against oil pans leaks but do they do any thing else? Well the fact is we don't really know as of yet however we at AZRR don't like to use something unless we understand if it really works so we use several engineering tools to find out. At this point we are looking at weather this can strengthen the engine it self. Also what is the best way to do this with many things in mind including cost, manufacturing and material to give you the best product that can function as a "stiffener" not oil a oil leak fix. So we have been developing one and we have learned alot....the picture is of the torsional deformation at certain psi with different material being tested. I can say so far we do have one in mind that will stiffen up to 1000 psi of force, so more work ahead, just wanted to share our engineering task, not that we can give a lot of real data yet, we are working on it.......

Oh yeah and try to look past the hot chick on my desktop
