Yeah. Thanks for the feed back, I recognize the economical issues are definitely going to affect my immediate success, I'm ready to hold out though until the right buyer pops up.
In reference to coloradomazdaclub, yes I am a member and I have this listed there also. I've done some work to spread out word to meet a number of demographics in hopes that it will help the sale. This is also posted on craigslist and Westword online classifieds.
