well I'm going to have to spread the money out a bit or the wife will kill me so with the budget I am working with 30-40k, putting back x amount of dollars a month, figure in time to actually build puts me in the 2-4 years dependent on how much X ends up being.
Plus things like buying a new car, putting money back for the trip to Japan, that better happen, etc ends up tapping into my build funds
