That one was a trailing but looking at the discoloration of the contact on another plug (L2) it appeared that it could have started on another. I'm not knocking on the design since it was retrofitted to work on a 2nd gen 13b but I'd still say some of it is design flaw.

Before going any further and completely wasting my time by reconnecting drive shaft, heat shields, exhaust. . . As well as wasting $60 in Amsoil and that damn seal I searched around for. I started it up (I did have to reinstall that janky harness though) and tried shifting with the engine idling, still no luck

man what a last couple of days! Nothing is going right, I almost fell through the ceiling Sunday afternoon! Got a hole in the bedroom to prove it LOL. . . This too shall pass!
