Exhaust was a little too hot and baking the body, I found some DEI Titanium exhaust wrap that made a huge difference!
The original clutch to the motor wasn't engaging completely (not even half way) so I ordered a new one.
Before changing the clutch, the cart would only do 17MPH. Now I've clocked it at 28 but that's still not good enough. . the current belt is too big so I gotta go through finding the appropriate size again
