So far, AMC Rim Halves looks like the best deal, at approx. $800 for a full set of lips and barrels in the sizes I'm looking for, but they won't answer the phone so I can talk to them to get more info. Ewheelworks and WheelFlip get the same parts as far as I can tell, but I've heard about issues people have had with WheelFlip taking forever to get the parts, etc. Ewheelworks quoted me around $1400 for a full set of lips and barrels, which is more than AMC obviously, but at least they got back to me. The rest are either quite a bit more expensive, they sell a different type of lip and barrel (so I'll be limited to buy from them in the future), or I haven't gotten ahold of them yet to get prices and/or assembly dimensions.
