You're ultimately going to be let down by trying to find one pad that does both street and track well. Track oriented pads will dust too much and have very nasty dust, and street pads won't handle the heat on track.

I can say that of the track pads I've used that Carbotech had the "lightest" dust meaning it was a lighter grey color and wiped off easier, but it was definitely still way more dust than a street pad.

I think you should look at the AX pads for the street and a set of XP10s or higher (based on temp) for the track.
