I took a banjo bolt from a spare S4 NA rail -- not sure if it was primary or secondary. It stuck out about 1/4" so I shortened the bolt with a bench grinder.
Good thing I tested with the spare primary rail: I kept wrenching the banjo bolt until it split. Whoops.
