Yes the car is available.
Correct the rust is only on the doors but the parts car (brown car) has good doors. The windshield on the grey car is still good, it has a crack but was repaired by crackmasters so it wont get worse. The cars come with 2 new windshields. There is nothing wrong with the steering on the grey car.
It is the parts car (brown car), the frame rotted next to the steering box but this can be fixed with a fish plate.
