From your pictures I will say you have a mess from the seller sorry .If I was working on the car I would find some of the diagrams of the simple way to connect everything needed to run the car .Get rid of the things not needed like the fast warm up fast idle parts ect ect . Check all the large needed tubes and connections .Replace all of the small hoses with new ones . Just a roll of 4mm vacuum tubing and about 3 feet of 6 mm tubing.This would be theway I would go about the job .From the pictures I would say the other owner was not a good mechanic.

hey thanks for the response. I will be looking into getting new vacuum tubing, and find the time to tackle this project. While also simplifying the boost controller.
