little update...
Brought home a can of starter fluid and it actually ran on that. So clearly I have a fuel problem, Injectors were cleaned before installing into this car and I rigged a test light to make sure the injectors are firing, I have good fuel pressure too. And yet the injectors are still not firing. So i'm going to pull all that back apart and carefully check everything.
