if it is used properly it works, but keep in mind your ignition retard isn't going to work as it was intended. the point of the pressure sensor is to adjust timing advance based on engine load, if the box is telling the ECU the load is much less then the timing isn't going to retard as much as it should.

too much timing is arguably worse for a rotary than too little fuel is.
