I think JDM got fender mirrors, not North America.
But if you like the look, just get any aftermarket fender mirrors, or maybe motorcycle mirrors (make your own backet on the underside of the fender???).
I bet the OEM Mazda mirror would be ridiculously $$$
But seriously, wouldn't it be impractical, positioned so far away from the driver?
