Only difference should be the turbo oil drain return.
If you keep with the same series, it should be fine.
Due to a change in the S5 water pump housing, you cannot run an S5 water pump housing with the S4 front oil cover.
You can go vice versa, cause the S4 water pump housing doesn't have that extra protrusion.
