Either make one or buy the cast aluminum one from Mazdatrix?

Also, with this type of radiator, and the S5 pump, will I need an AST? Where should I plumb it in to?
Good question...
We've always used S4 thermostat covers with the cap, so we never ran into problems with air getting trapped...

Will i be able to swap the RE pulley on the S5 W/P and continue to use a serpertine belt, or will i swap FC pullies onto the alternator/crank?
Yep, you can keep the Cosmo serpentine belts if you want.
Do you have the Cosmo alternator (pulley)?
I can't comment if the Cosmo alternator pulley swaps over to an FC alternator.
Sorry, I don't know the length of that belt, so you'd need to go to the auto parts store to source the right belt.
We normally use the v-belts that the stock FC uses.

I read the faq on your site but i still have some questions on this.
Yeah, it's not 100% complete.
I haven't edited that thing in AGES. :P
