Updated the second post with some picture after I added the second element to the wing. I have decided that the second element needs to be about 1" lower and will do that first thing in the morning.
Seems we have chased down most of the gremlins and should be putting her on the dyno tomorrow right after we finish up the internal wiring. The dual EGT and XD-16 guage are working great; just have to install the Tripower gauge pod in the right place. I'm pretty impressed with the XD-16, very nice display and easy to read even sitting on the passenger floor board

After a week of heat cycles on the motor it is now pulling 18"-19" of vacuum at idle which I have down to 900rpm now. Air fuel is low to mid 12's so I have some tuning to do. It also has a pretty bad lean tip in that I will have to work out.
