I dont agree at all
I have those 16x8 with 205/50/16 tires on the mazda
and 17x7 with 205/40/17 on my civic
the 90* sidewall is on the civic.
the tires on the mazda are a bit small. 225 would probably look square on them, but 205 does not... at all. They look stretched to fit the rim.
No speculation, Im telling you what I see everytime I stand next to both cars.
If you are planning on running a 205 tire, go with a 7 inch rim
