There should be a stamping somewhere on the wheel that states the manufacturer or at the very least the model number which would come in handy with a search from either yahoo or google. That is where I would start first, although there is no guarantee that they are still around or producing the wheel you need.
I know I've checked out the company that made the wheels I took off my Celica after I broke one and they have one that is close... but not quite.
