I could get an S4 front cover and find a mechnical OMP and rig something up but I don't know how that works with the S5 front counterweight and it doesn't solve the problem that I only have 2/4 oil injector ports (custom intake manifold).

To the OP: I would say this is the best option for your SA/FB. You can run dedicated premix in an auxiliary tank and run some nice synthetic oil in the engine.
Front cover has nothing to do with counterweights.

Plug the other two outlets, roughtly 2x the oil will be delivered to the remaining ports

I run Idemitsu through an adapter through the OMP. Then about .6oz./gal in the tank. Has worked great and I'm probably one of the few people who have seen my rotor housings regularily so I can tell you which works and which "seems to work just fine"

Pre-mixing in the tank gives the added benefit of being able to disperse the oil throughout the combustion chamber rather than just on the tips of the apex seals.
