Done, seems to work great. Some one gave me another tip, loop the two sides of the steering box together to keep the pressure equalized on both sides. I cut the lower hose at the pump, removed the hose around the fitting at the top of the steering box and attached the lower hose to the top fitting with a hose clamp.
Took me a while to find and remove the hidden center nut on the steering pump bracket. The pump was actually frozen and the pulley shaft was broken.
