If your suspension is stock, then you cannot lower the FC that much.
Lowering the ride height will significantly change the rear camber (first).
You end up with excessive negative camber (in the rear).
You need either a rear camber adjust bar and / or a pair of links that adjust the links at the front of the rear suspension subframe.

In general, you do not need to "break in" suspension components.
