You didn't say, but I'm assuming you've got a stand-alone otherwise you must keep it.
I had some trouble with mine but believe now it was likely caused by a freak voltage spike from my stock ECU, as both OMPs sensor's were toasted. From what I gathered during searches, the OMP is otherwise pretty reliable and I now run a PFC. The most common failure point associated with the OMP that I was able to find were the stock lines.
