I remember when they first came out a few years ago...
The manufacturer was touting them as "crimping without requiring a special crimping tool".
Already the red flags went up...
These were nothing more than field splices that you could use in case of emergencies.
I don't care too much for them cause they are bulkier than a proper inline butt crimp connector.
(Who uses those things rather than run the proper length of wire in the first place anyways???)
