Just talked to a friend who's willing to weld me an aluminum reservoir. I'm thinking if he made a lid with a dipstick I can check 2 stroke levels. I'm not using an airpump. Perhaps he can make a bracket to bolt to the airpump location.

Thats where mine is on my engine. It works fine and after having it for a couple years. The motor decided to blow a rear coolant seal. So I rebuilt it of course. The rear rotor was of course "steam" cleaned, but the front rotor was very clean since I use 2 stroke oil in the resivour. It had a light coating of carbon on the rotor similar to a piston engines pistons. Instead of the caked on carbon of rotaries that eat 4 stroke oil. Just my two cents.
