the car is not a race car but i am thinking the best option for the same money. 1000-1500$

The Tein Super Street coilover is not offered for the FD. The Tein Flex coilover has 10/8 spring rates. The Apexi N1 EXV is 12/12. The HKS Hipermax III Sport is 12/10. That being said most manufacturers will swap in softer springs at no extra charge. You should try calling them and talking about having the springs changed.
