99' spec fenders

to my knowledge, the front fenders with the side turn signals are not exclusively '99 spec fenders. Mostly just over seas fenders. one idea would be to pick up the turn signals from the dealership and cut holes in your existing fenders. There are a list of american released cars that have the same signals:

Mazda Tribute (SUV)
Mecury Cougar
Mazda Protege (mid 90s one)

are three that I have seen, one of those have clear turn signals...

I have the rear seats... just the bottom and the back.. and it will work with 93+ US FD rear sides (far as what I've seen). Its not in the best of shape with 2-3 holes.. i was going to recover it in Bride cloth or cover it in similar cloth as my Spirit R seats.. but who knows.. If you are interested, I'll sell it for $250 shipped.

so i can keep the side panels i have in it now just pull out the bins and drop in the seats and back. i was under the impression i had to get new side panels too.

Herblenny 09-01-2009 11:04 AM

No.. I've seen pictures of rear seats with the oem panels.

racerman3465 09-01-2009 01:16 PM

alright i was just wandering cause in the pic it looked like the panel was different cause there is a mount for the seat belt on the bottom or is that part of the bottom.

Herblenny 09-01-2009 02:10 PM

Are you going to use the rear seats?? If so, you would need the panels and belts.. If not, then you don't need the panels or the belts... and to be honest, you can't use the seats anyhow.. and also you would need the seat bracket for the back part of the seats.. but because its not made it you would either have to fabricate/weld in a mounting and bolt/weld on the brackets... pretty much, its for looks.. I know because I have a full conversion on my FD.

racerman3465 09-01-2009 04:16 PM

yes i plan on using the seat. i never knew there was that much involved in putting them in fully

Herblenny 09-01-2009 06:38 PM

Hmm.. If you are planning to use it, you better see one yourself.. Because there is NO WAY an adult can seat back there unless you are a tiny person and so are the people sitting behind you. I initially thought maybe I could put a baby seat in the back and that's going to be tight also.. Bottomline, if you think you are going to use it.. make sure you take a look at one in person..
