Trevor Durham's 10.0@136mph non turbo second gen.

1988 second generation Rx7.... Engine is built and tuned by me. 13B p-port non-turbo. Rx7 is using a 1 stage nitrous oxide kit. with a 225hp shot. Rx7 started running 10.6 and slowly but surely we have it close to our goal of 9.9@136mph.. Rx7 is totally stock chassis and stock rear/axles. best 60ft. mark up to date is 1.4 using d.o.t. drag radials. here are a few pics enjoy..

how much HP did you get out of the PPort? I see the glass has been removed all around, what's the weight on the car?

Looking good, can't wait to see vids.

Very quick! All stock chassis too, awesome.

ive priced out a few different versions of mid to low 10 second full drag 2nd gens (turbo, all motor, nitrous). look to spend a minimum of 10k not including the car if you do all your own work. much much more if your paying for labor.

the cheapest way to be fast, is pretty much what ITO did here. PPort, webbers, and a whole lot of nitrous.

What is your ignition timing like with that much nitrous? How much did you have to pull it back?

haha, I think it's one of those trade secrets you work years to understand....I've found that this thread helps with the timing split info but I am not sure if it helps your question since you're asking very for detailed info about a specific setup.
