Wont start- Checked normal symptoms- NEED HELP

Ok, so car wont start. Ive got it to start a few times and even idle once but now it just wont start. It will crank over and sound like its about to catch but then go back to no luck.

Seems like it keeps flooding. Ive done the proper deflood procedure way numerous times over numerous days (top plugs come out egi fuse it pulled and crank). Even tried ATF ( got it started once), (seafoam) got it started once, and push start.

Checked/ replaced:
Replaced Sparkplug wires
Replaced Sparkplugs
Replaced MAP sensor
Replaced Ignitor
Replaced numerous fuses and relays

Checked the battery have in on a solid charge to keep the volts up.
Checked for spark
Checked for fuel ( smell it and can see it on the plugs after a while of cranking)
Checked for decent compression with compression tester (even bounces and 95psi with standard compression tester) .

Things ive noticed that might cause the problem.

In the sensor check on the pfc handheld the FPR will fluctuate at times when cranking.

There is a excessive amount of white smoke and what now looks like oil leaking from the turbos. Possible blown O rings?

My injector duty on the pfc hand held will jump from 5-50 % at times when cranking.

Wont start

Did you check the crank angle sensor? Maybe a broken wire etc.

From my experience
White smoke is water.
Grey - water and fuel
grey blue water/ oil
Blue - oil
Black - fuel
Don't know what color seafoam is
I do not use the seafoam procedure myself. I am not fond of dumping a lot of stuff down these, so I do it the hard way. Clamp off fuel line and crank it without plugs. Always worked for me on all my client cars.

All you FD DIY'S should download the troubleshooting guide from the FSM. Pages F-192 to F-250 in the 93 manual. It will save you a lot of parts exchanging.

Crank angle sensors were replaced with no luck.
Fuel injectors were checked the right way and they spray fine.

Its looking more like a electrical issue now. PFC commander is showing this....

What would cause the excessive voltage on the sensors?

REVIT93RX7 07-24-2009 05:57 AM

Won't start

Maybe a bad ground. Voltage is relative to ground so maybe a bad ground wire some where.
